All residents and businesses residing in US states that have already been impacted (TX, LA, AL, MS, TN, FL, GA, NC, SC) or any future US states or provinces in Canada that declare a state of emergency due to any 2017 hurricane are eligible to receive 90 days free service of both Zang Office and Avaya Spaces.1 All residents and businesses residing in Puerto Rico are eligible to receive 90 days free service of Avaya Spaces.2

What you get?

Zang Office is a complete cloud-based phone service that's reliable and very simple to set up. It includes every feature you need to continue your business communications including voicemail, call holding, transfer and forward, pickup, park, caller ID, fax, do not disturb, extension dialing and many more. With included softphones for computers or mobile apps for IOS and Android your employees can communicate with each other or their customers from where ever they are on whatever device is available to them. Your business communications aren’t tethered to your physical office.

Avaya Spaces is a cloud-based team collaboration and meeting app that allows you to conduct team or customer meetings just like everyone was face to face in the office. It will be your virtual conference room in the cloud that seamlessly integrates voice, video, tasks, sharing and more into one app you can access anywhere. Your employees can use it from to hold staff meetings and meet with customers on their laptop, tablet or phone.

What’s included and what’s not included?
The Zang Softphone client and Mobile Apps are included in the free offer but physical telephone handsets are not. Several models of phones are available for purchase if needed. Plus you can take advantage of our current phone promotion – if you select an annual plan when signing up, and choose to stay beyond the 90 day free period you will receive an $80.00 credit per user towards the purchase of any Avaya phone. This $80 credit will cover the cost of our standard phone essentially providing it for free or reduce the cost of the other phones available for Zang.

Nationwide long distance is included (reasonable use clauses apply). Free international calling is not included in this offer but rate packages to common destinations are available.

  2. Select the number of users and a billing period. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged for 90 days.
  3. Click Continue to phone number selection.
  4. Login with your Zang account credentials if you are already a Zang customer, or create a new account to continue.
  5. Choose either a Toll Free or Local Number and start a search.

NOTE: Selecting Use existing number is not recommended for this 90 day free offer as it involves permanently moving your number from your existing service provider to Zang Office. If you choose to stay with Zang Office after the 90 days, then you can reconsider porting any existing numbers.

  1. Pick the number you want, and click Next.
  2. While devices can be selected here, you will be charged for them. Click Checkout.
  3. Fill-in all of the required information. Although your credit card will not be charged for 90 days, we still need the details so we can create your account.   6. Choose to add one or more conference lines to your account. Click Next.
  7. Fill-in all of the required information. Although your credit card will not be charged for 90 days, we still need to have the details so we can create your account. The billing address for the credit card will be used to determine your eligibility for this offer. The address must be in one of the affected US states, Canadian provinces or Puerto Rico.
